2/ Send us a confirmation fax or email, with the company name and contact telephone numbers + furnish dates which would suit you for setting up the notary appointment

3/ Fill in the word form that we will send you and send us a clean scan (or via postal mail) of your ID (Passport or National ID)

4/ Wait for us to contact you
