Other fees to take into consideration are as follows :

-For each non-resident shareholder: 100€ for us to turn in a statistical declaration of foreign investment

-For any company with only one shareholder: 100€ to prepare and register 'unipersonality" (mandatory)

-Domiciliation fees or virtual office arrangments. YourSpanish SL company must have a registered address. We can provide the minimum mail facility and registered office representation for 599€ per year or 900€ if you choose to install telephone and fax in our offices. We can permanantly forward a number to your mobile phone or other. Ask about custom services taylored to your business.

-Start-up fees. Once you acquire your new Shelf-Company, you will have to declare initial activity with the Spanish "Hacienda" or tax office + other start-up formalities. If you intend to trade throughout Europe, you may also be required to register your VAT number on the European traders' database (VIES). We provide all of these services and the price can vary depending on the activity. Inquire with us.
